Some time ago, I was reading a great article at problogger.net. I happen to be very interested in Darren Rowse’s writings and many times I also get new ideas from that important website. In case you happen not to be aware of it, Darren is a very well known webmaster who has created an incredible resource on professional blogging and you’re highly adviced to read his blog regularly to secure that you get even more knowledge on the long road to successful websites.

In his featured post about 8 First Step SEO Tips For Bloggers, you will find a very nice introduction on how to search engine optimize your blog so that you get indexed by the main search engines and start getting increasing traffic. As I was reading this post, i was thinking that it would be nice to make some examples out of the 8 suggestions in order to clarify how they are used in practise. So, i decided to create this post and use it as a guide to show you how already successful bloggers go about following those steps.
