I have a dating website..we have 350 female members in the Philippines. How can I get guys to join and pay a membership fee? We have a very limited budget for advertising. We have only 100 hits a day. What is critical mass?

I don’t think it’s possible aymore…unless you have millions and millions of dollar set aside for advertising.
